When I am looking at learners for a course, the full list of learners are not displayed. I found that if I click "print" to print the roster then all learners show up in the roster. Please advise.
No they don’t fix it.
The course has been loaded and I have gone in several times to check as well as co-workers. There is another person on my team experiencing he same issue and he received this response from Bridge Support:
Thank you for reaching out to Bridge Support. We are currently looking into an issue with pages not paginating through the User Interface and it's only pulling the first 20 items be it courses or learners. I'll request that you are updated when this has been resolved. For now, you will need to use the search function and type in the name of the person or course you are seeking. Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime. Hope you have a lovely day.
With just those few details, I can think of a couple reasons that would happen. First, processing sometimes takes some time. It would be interested for you to look today and see if all the learners are listed now. Sometimes it takes a bit for all the learners to show up in the Author dashboard - especially if there are a lot of them.
Another reason this could happen is if you aren't scrolling all the way to the bottom of the list and then waiting for more to load. Bridge only loads a handful of data at a time. When you get to the bottom of the data, it loads more. It might just be taking a long time to load more names.
Do either of those things fix the problem?
